Cove Eco-Industrial & Business Park is managed by E-IDCOT — The Eco-Industrial Development Company of Tobago, a special purpose company of the Tobago House of Assembly, tasked with promoting sustainable development, industry development, and economic diversification.
CEIBP is operated by a dedicated on-site Operations and Administration team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the park and its facilities.
This team is supported by E-IDCOT’s centralized departments — including Finance, Business Development, Legal, and Property Development — which provide strategic oversight and specialized services that help tenants thrive.
The park is headed by the Chief Executive Officer of E-IDCOT and governed by a Board of Directors, ensuring strong accountability, visionary leadership, and alignment with Tobago’s broader economic development goals.
